Coming up events SPRING 2022 ……

Dawn Chorus Day: Sunday 1^st May. Meet 5am at the Orchard Centre.
Walk begins at 5.15am – a gentle ramble round the orchard and wetlands, hopefully with morning mist rising and the sun breaking through – and of course, the birds singing!  Keith on hand to identify (and imitate them) for us!
Wellies or strong boots essential. Happens whatever the weather! Toast and hot drinks afterwards.
This is part of National Dawn chorus day – but with the strange season of spring weatherwise so far – we may or may not be lucky!

Blossom Day: 24th April.
No organised walk ths year, but come and enjoy the pear blossom.
The Tap Bar will be open from 12noon, so you can enjoy a glass of perry looking over the orchard.
The orchards are grazed by sheep and cattle, so stout shoes are recommended. Dogs are welcome, but MUST be on a lead.
Remember you can always visit the orchard any time – access through kissing gate from road.

The popular Orchard Centre ‘tap bar’ is now open again for the summer months – every Sunday from 12 to 7pm
Come and enjoy the orchard surroundings, go for a wander, and enjoy a glass of cider or perry made on site. Food also available.
